lIicia is the assessment director in our testing centre and has worked in the area of education and mental health for the past 20 years. Her specialty is in providing comprehensive psychological assessments that evaluate the multiple factors of cognition, learning, social and emotional development, as well as family and school functioning.
In her work with children, youth and adults, Ilicia employs a therapeutic approach that integrates collaborative and cognitive behavioural techniques. Focus is often promoting healthy development and resiliency through skill building and helping individuals manage their life challenges effectively while achieving a sense of well being, connectedness, and satisfaction.
