Mental Health Can Be Confusing, Here are some of

Our Most Common Questions

At what age does my child have complete confidentiality from me, as a parent?
Can my services be directly billed to my insurer?

Unfortunately, we cannot directly bill to Insurers, and services must be paid for upfront. You will receive and invoice with you should submit to your provider and they will reimburse you depending on the structure of your plan. The exception to the rule, is if your insurance provider is Blue Cross, or your therapy or assessment is being covered by motor vehicle insurance, WSIB, a legal entity, or other insurer. This must be pre-approved before and services are provided.
