Jenny holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Workplace Health and Wellness) with Honours and is currently completing her Master of Psychology in Psychotherapy & Counselling (MPsy-PTH), with expected completion in August 2026. In addition to her administrative role at Psychology Matters, Jenny is completing her practicum placement and is passionate about supporting clients in strengthening their mental health, resilience, and overall well-being.

With a strong background working alongside the first responder community, Jenny works primarily with first responders and adults experiencing a range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, life transitions, and burnout. Jenny brings a grounded, compassionate, and client-centered approach to therapy, aiming to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence
