Annie Mo is a registered occupational therapist and psychotherapist with nearly a decade of experience working in a variety of mental health and addictions settings. She has a special interest in developmental and complex trauma and has worked extensively with sexual assault/domestic violence survivors, first responders, and survivors of varied traumas.
Annie is trained in multiple evidence based modalities, tailoring treatment approaches for the unique needs of each client. She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient mental health and addictions facilities, on an assertive community treatment team, as well as in forensics.
She brings an occupational therapy lens to her psychotherapy work, emphasizing the value of meaningful and fulfilling activity in recovery.
