Meaghan is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology. She practices holistic counseling through a client-centered lens, considering all aspects of individuality. Meaghan strives to work closely with her clients to foster growth through self-acceptance.

Meaghan's therapeutic approach utilizes a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

Meaghan is a Certified Trauma Specialist who works with modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

Meaghan has experience working with diverse populations in an individual and group capacity. She aspires to aid in empowering her clients to work towards self-actualization in a safe, compassionate and judgement-free environment.
