Laura Kennedy, M.Sc., M.Psy.
Psychological Associate
With an M.Sc. from Trent University and an M.Psy. from Adler Graduate Professional School, Laura is a registered Psychological Associate dedicated to supporting adolescents and adults through emotional distress, anxiety, life transitions, questions of identity, depression, trauma, and loss. She blends Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) with mindfulness, relaxation exercises, and motivational interviewing, selecting the best tools to meet each client's unique needs. Laura creates a warm, nonjudgmental space where individuals can safely explore their feelings, build resilience, and achieve their personal goals.
Beyond her therapy practice, Laura brings extensive experience in psychological assessment for children, adolescents, and adults. She thrives on working with diverse populations and collaborating with educators, physicians, and other professionals to deliver thorough, compassionate care.
