What a WorkWell Assessment (WWA) Offers You

The WWA is a structured, private conversation with a trained clinician focused entirely on your mental health functioning. It's widely used in public

safety and frontline professions because it provides a proactive way to stay ahead of stress, burnout, and cumulative occupational impact. Your results are confidential, never shared with your employer and covered by insurance.

This annual check‑in helps you:
  • Catch concerns early -  Subtle changes in mood, stress tolerance, sleep, or functioning can be identified before they escalate.
  • Monitor your wellness over time - You get a consistent, year‑over‑year snapshot of how you're doing, similar to an annual physical.
  • Reduce stigma - Making mental health check‑ins routine normalizes care and reinforces that psychological health is as important as physical health.
  • Feel supported and empowered -  Booking your own assessment is a way to invest in yourself, your career longevity, and your overall wellbeing.
  • Increase comfort with help‑seeking -  Regular check‑ins make it easier to talk openly about stress and to access support when needed.
How to access a WorkWell assessment

You can book your WWA independently at either of our office locations (Barrie, or Aurora, Ontario) or virtually from anywhere in the provinces of Ontario, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland and Labrador. Sessions are confidential, supportive, and designed to give you practical insight into your current mental health functioning.

Why this matters for you

Frontline and public safety roles come with unique pressures. An annual WWA helps you stay grounded, resilient, and aware of how those pressures may be affecting you. It's a simple, proactive step that protects your wellbeing and strengthens your ability to keep doing the work you care about.
