Napta believes that meaningful growth happens when clinicians are given the space to reflect, explore, and feel supported in their work. As a psychological associate and trauma-informed therapist, Napta offers supervision that balances clinical skill-building with deep self-awareness - helping therapists navigate the emotional, ethical, and intellectual demands of the profession.

With a foundation in culturally sensitive, person-centred, and strength-based practices, Napta's supervision approach is collaborative, grounded, and trauma-informed. Whether you're a new clinician developing your voice or an experienced therapist navigating complex cases, Napta fosters a space of safety, curiosity, and clinical rigor. Her approach is informed by a culturally responsive, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed lens. Supervisees are encouraged to bring their full selves into supervision, including lived experiences, identities, and values.
