Elizabeth Hack, Psy.D., is a registered Psychotherapist and Occupational Therapist with a doctorate in Psychology and a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. Her clinical work focuses on the treatment of first responders, integrating approaches from psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioural, dialectical behaviour, acceptance and commitment, and emotion-focused therapies. Elizabeth (Liz) specializes in complex trauma and related mental health concerns. She is also a certified Prolonged Exposure Consultant, providing supervision and support to clinicians working toward professional registration.
