Elizabeth Hack is a registered Psychotherapist and Occupational Therapist (O.T.). She has a master's degree in psychology, a bachelor's degree in O.T. and is currently a doctoral student. Her work incorporates components from a range of models of psychotherapy including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, ACT therapy and emotion-focused therapy. She has advanced training in sensory integration, auditory therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, collaborative problem solving and prolonged exposure. Liz works clinically with many individuals providing support for complex trauma and other issues.
