She also does work in the areas of spinal cord injuries, stroke, head injury and other neurological or developmental challenges. Elizabeth has advanced certification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Therapeutic Listening (an auditory intervention program). Furthermore, she has advanced training in Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS). Her past experience includes work at the Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, Royal Victoria Hospital (Barrie) and the Royal Talbot Rehabilitation Centre in Melbourne, Australia.
