Sarah is a registered psychotherapist who works with adolescents and adults who are struggling with emotional, psychological, and/or relational distress. She has an eclectic approach to therapy utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Relational Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. Sarah believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for facilitating change and healing. She works with individuals from a variety of backgrounds with different concerns such as anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, personal growth, and trauma.
