Resilience & Regulation ACT group for kids


6 Week skill building group for emotion regulation and wellness for neurodiverse children ages 9-12

Sessions conducted by experienced and trained psychologist, Shiri Bartman M.A., C. Psych. BCBA

Using an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework, children will learn about and practice noticing, self monitoring, mindfulness and coping skills in a social context

Fees: $120 per session, $720 total (fees are covered by most benefits plans)

  • 75 minute sessions for 6 consecutive weeks  starting  on June 4, 2024, 5:00-6:15 pm
  • Through education and experiential exercises, children  will practice various pro social skills
  • This group is ideal for children with autism or ADHD with grade level language and conversation skills
  • Brief screening prior to registration
