Critical Incident Response Program

Many public safety organizations are wanting to provide an effective response to critical incidents without the associated risks with traditional debrief programs, such as Critical Incident Stress Debriefing (CISD). Research tells us that the best responses offer a prompt response offered in a variety of ways. First responders are provided with a variety of ways to gain support in their preferred way, at their own pace. The program offers Individual debrief (ID) from trained trauma clinicians and a group Critical Incident Response (Group-CIR). Family interventions and Multi-Service Responses are can be utilized for large scale incidents that involve fallen or injured members.

The Critical Incident Response Program is only offered to organizations that are signed up for the Clinical Lead Program.
