Annual WorkWell Assessment Program (WWA)

A WorkWell Assessment (WWA) is a brief psychological intervention intended to be used on an annual basis to monitor mental health functioning.  The WWA is becoming increasingly common in public safety organizations as it helps monitor any psychological impact public safety personnel may be experiencing through the course of their occupational duties.  The intent is for the WWA to be used on an annual basis so that any changes to mental health functioning can be identified early, and interventions can be recommended. WorkWells support the wellness of first responders and intercept mental health issues  and mitigate further mental health decline.

Why Do WWA's for your organization?
  • Preventative Mental Health Approach - Issues are identified early to mitigate risk, and minimize possible suffering

  • Increases help-seeking- Members are more likely to ask for what they need, and be open about psychological issues.
  • Members feel valued & supported - WorkWell assessment provision shows membership that the service is invested in their wellbeing, which increases a sense of belonginess, cohesion, and productivity.
