Clinical Lead Program
In their work, First responders and Frontline personnel are inordinately at risk for a variety of occupational stress injuries. In order to support progressive organizations in creating, implementing and maintaining mental health initiatives, Consultation is available to organizations interested in exploring strategic ways to support their services from a mental health perspective.
The Clinical lead program offers:
- Access to debrief program for critical incidents, provided by trauma informed clinical team
- Workshops on a variety of topics (stress response, mental health issues, how families can help)
- Training for a variety of groups (new recruit mental health training, new officer/acting officer workshops)
- Consultation to management and leaders to support initiative, processes, and training.
