Scientific research supports EMDR as an effective treatment for post traumatic stress in some individuals. However, there is some supported success using EMDR to treat Panic attacks, Disturbing memories, and Stress reduction.

Please note, EMDR is one type of many trauma treatments. At our clinic, we treat trauma using varying modalities, EMDR being one of them. Your suitability for this type of treatment should be discussed carefully with one of our clinicians.
